A FEW WORDS FOR YOU

What’s on your mind?

There’s a lot going on today.
I don’t have to sort it all out.
Next, I’ll make some tea.

An example note. Your words are your own.

NO PERFECT WORDS REQUIRED

You don’t have to
make sense of it all.

A journal gives you a place to put what’s on your mind. There’s no score, no right answer, and no need to share it.

  • Start with a sentenceOr choose a prompt if a blank page feels like too much.
  • Leave and come backNotes and drafts save in this browser, on this device. Search saved notes or download a text copy.
  • Know where your words goThey aren’t sent to us or read by AI. There’s no separate journal lock, so use a device you trust.
